Managing DirectorRAS Capital Rohit Aggarwal is the co-founder and managing director of RAS Capital Management, an investment firm that focuses on investment opportunities in India. In 2006, he launched the RAS India Fund-of-Funds, a multi-strategy, multi-manager fund to capture investment opportunities in the Indian public markets. Mr. Aggarwal was previously an executive director with Oppenheimer & Co. in New York for 12 years. He began his career with Oppenheimer as head, Institutional Sales for India. In 1997 he launched one of the first dedicated private equity funds for India. He has over a decade of public and private equity investment experience in India. Mr. Aggarwal has also consulted for several leading institutional investors on investment opportunities in emerging markets. Mr. Aggarwal has been widely quoted in the media for his investment outlook on India and has been a public speaker at leading investor conferences globally. He has a BSE from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |

Managing PrincipalBassini+Co, LLC Emilio Bassini is a managing principal and co-founder of Bassini+Co, LLC, an investment firm that invests in private equity and hedge funds in developing economies, principally Latin America. Mr. Bassini was previously a managing director and chief international portfolio manager of BEA Associates, where he oversaw $7 billion in client assets. Mr. Bassini was also the founder, chairman and CIO of several NYSE-listed funds, including The Chile Fund, The Brazilian Equity Fund, The Latin America Investment Fund, and The Latin America Equity Fund. He currently sits on the boards of several Latin American corporations, including Duroplast Holding de México, S.A. de C.V., Grupo ASSA, S.A., Industrias Tricolor S.A., and Global Packaging Corporation. Mr. Bassini is a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Advisory Board, University of Pennsylvania and of the Board of the Huntsman Program for International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bassini serves on the committee that manages the endowment of the Dalton School in New York City. He is 56 years old and holds BS and MBA degrees from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |

Managing Director, Chairman and Country HeadUBS China David (Yi) Li is Chairman and Country Head of UBS China. In his capacity, he oversees UBS overall China strategy building and implementation. He's been instrumental in establishing the UBS Securities JV platform in China. He joined UBS in June 2005 from China Merchants Holdings (International) where, from November 2001 until May 2005, he was Managing Director in charge of the company's general operations and redirected company's strategy focus. Under this term, the company became a constituent of the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index. In 2004, Mr. Li won the "Asian Best Business Leaders for 2004" award co-hosted by CNBC and Dow Jones. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business, Mr. Li joined Citicorp in New York and then spent more than seven years in securities trading, direct investment and investment banking on Wall Street. In 1995/1996, he was Chairman of the China Finance Society in New York. Mr. Li relocated to China in 1999 when he was appointed Executive Vice President of China Merchants Securities with responsibility for building and developing the Group's investment banking services. Between 1976 and 1980, Mr. Li was a professional soccer player at the Shaanxi Professional Soccer Club. From 1982 to 1984, he was the Vice Chairman of All-China Students Federation, and from 1984 to 1988, he was the Deputy Secretary-General of Beijing Students Federation. Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor of Education at the Beijing University of Physical Education in 1984; an LLB from the China University of Political Science & Law in 1988; and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. |

Chief Executive OfficerSaf-T-Pay, Inc. Manuel Montero is president and CEO of SAFTPAY, a non-credit card based Secure Payment System allowing bank customers worldwide making e-commerce transactions outside their country of residence in local currency. In 1997, he launched Fiera, Inc., which became the leading e-commerce company serving in the Spanish and Portuguese markets with $25.0 million in sales, 250 employees and offices in seven countries. Previously, Mr. Montero was CEO of TNT Logistics and TNT Transportation in Europe. Serving as a member of TNT's Europe Management Board, he also led the team that designed Volkswagen's Just-In-Time inventory system. He was president and general manager of American Express TRS Group in Spain and division vice president of American Express TRS Company Latin America and Caribbean Division, headquartered in Miami. He was a senior consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton in New York and served as managing partner of Roland Berger & Partners, Europe's leading management consulting firm and a subsidiary of the Deutsche Bank. Mr. Montero has a BS in Economics and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
